Founder & Executive Chairman
Ron Jillard
Mr. Jillard is Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Real Capital Group, and Founder & Executive Chairman of the International Network of Tailored Aid (INTA). He draws upon more than two decades of executive and operational leadership experience spanning Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. He holds a B.A. in Peace, War and Defense from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an M.B.A from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Paul Mulé
Paul Mulé brings 20 years of a comprehensive background in finance, accounting, M&A and capital markets, including a proven track record of facilitating public offerings of over 150 companies in his time at J.P. Morgan. He currently leads Arcadia’s global finance and accounting organizations, including strategic finance, FP&A, corporate development, IT, investor relations and corporate sustainability. He is passionate about positive social impact and support to the veteran community.

Chuck Ergenbright
Mr. Ergenbright is a retired U.S. Army Colonel and Special Forces Officer with 30 years of military leadership experience, including 21 years as a Green Beret. He has served at every level of command, leading operations across the Middle East and South America and contributing to search and recovery operations at the Pentagon following the September 11, 2001 attacks. An accomplished executive and entrepreneur, Mr. Ergenbright holds a U.S. patent and serves as Founder & CEO of 1111 Security Consulting LLC. His proven leadership, organizational management, and operational experience provide INTA with exceptional program oversight capacity and capability.

Matthew Tamillow
Matt Tamillow brings 20 years of progressive leadership experience and excellence within Emergency and Fire Management Services. An Executive Fire Officer (EFO), Paramedic and senior leader, Matt’s service includes expertise in Urban Search & Rescue, Disaster Response, and Preparedness. He holds a B.A. from Virginia Military Institute, a M.S. in Emergency Services Management from The George Washington University, and a M.A. in Homeland Defense & Security from the Naval Postgraduate School.
